Property value means the total agreement value of the unit booked by your referral, excluding stamp duty, registration charges and taxes. Reward is subject to TDS as per applicable law.

Policy
Referral Partner Policy
Please read these terms before submitting a referral. Submitting the form means you accept them.
1. Who can be a referral partner
- Any individual aged 18 or above, including existing Dholera City Mark clients, friends and well-wishers.
- Employees of Dholera City Mark and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Registered real estate agents and channel partners working with DCM under a separate brokerage agreement are covered by that agreement, not this programme.
2. What counts as a valid referral
- The referral must be submitted through the form on this page (or in writing to hello@dholeracitymark.com) before the person contacts DCM or is contacted by us.
- The referred person must be new to Dholera City Mark — not already in our database, enquiry records or client list.
- The referred person must have agreed to be contacted by DCM.
- If the same person is referred by more than one partner, only the first registered referral is valid. DCM's records of the registration date and time are final.
- A referral stays valid for 180 days from the date of registration. Bookings made after that are not eligible.
3. Reward amount
- Property value up to ₹15 lakh: ₹10,000
- Property value above ₹15 lakh and up to ₹30 lakh: ₹20,000
- Property value above ₹30 lakh: ₹30,000 (maximum reward per booking)
- Property value is the agreement value of the unit, excluding stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other statutory charges.
- If one referred buyer books more than one unit, the reward is calculated on each booking separately.
4. When the reward becomes payable
- The reward becomes payable once the referred buyer has paid the booking amount and the agreement to sell / sale agreement has been executed.
- DCM will pay the reward within 30 days of the above, by bank transfer to the referral partner's own bank account.
- The referral partner must share their PAN and bank details for payout. Rewards are not paid in cash.
- TDS will be deducted as applicable under the Income Tax Act, and the partner is responsible for any further tax on the reward.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- If the booking is cancelled or the buyer receives a refund before the reward is paid, no reward is payable.
- If the booking is cancelled within 90 days after the reward is paid, DCM may recover the reward from the referral partner.
6. Conduct of referral partners
- Referral partners may only introduce contacts. They are not employees, agents or representatives of Dholera City Mark.
- Partners must not quote prices, offers, returns or commitments on behalf of DCM, or collect any money from the referred person.
- Spam, cold-calling lists, bought databases or misleading claims are not permitted and will disqualify the referral.
7. General terms
- DCM may verify any referral and may reject referrals that do not meet this policy.
- DCM may change, pause or end this programme at any time. Referrals registered before a change continue under the policy in force on their registration date.
- For any dispute, DCM's decision based on its records is final. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Gurugram, Haryana.
