Portfolio Manager
Dholera City Mark is seeking an analytical and client-focused Portfolio Manager to assist investors in building and managing high-potential real estate portfolios. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to provide strategic investment guidance.
As a Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with investors to understand their financial goals, recommend suitable real estate opportunities, and ensure long-term portfolio growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize returns through informed investment decisions in Dholera’s rapidly growing real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of real estate investors and clients.
- Analyze client investment objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities.
- Develop customized investment strategies based on market trends and client goals.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular investment updates.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and repeat investments.
- Stay updated on Dholera developments, infrastructure projects, and market trends.
Experience Required
- 3–6 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in handling investment-focused clients is preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate investment strategies and market analysis is an advantage.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical and investment advisory skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to understand client financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client servicing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and portfolio management tools is preferred.
