Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

At Dholera City Mark, we are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition and property sales initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who possess strong sales expertise, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven ability to convert prospects into long-term investors.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting residential and commercial investment opportunities in Dholera. You will engage with prospective clients, provide expert investment guidance, conduct property presentations, and ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through digital, referral, and direct sales channels.
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities in Dholera’s residential and commercial projects.
  • Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visit consultations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing investors.
  • Follow up on leads and drive them through the sales funnel to successful closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, project developments, and competitive offerings.

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Prior experience in Dholera property sales is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience handling high-net-worth clients and investment-focused buyers is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management processes is preferred.
